Then when Darius talks about severance pay at around minute 48, there was a lot of layers of overlap. And then minute 51ish there's some mistimed conversation.
Darius said the hard things I've also personally thought of which I hold my tongue to. It was refreshing to hear.

I've had the honor to witness your amazing impact on many people whilst in Rota. What you do impacts the people who also walk a different path in the "typical" society full of blind followers afraid of living for their own life on their own terms with their own strength&knowledge.
